Social media ads
Social media ads show your business to people based on who they are, where they live and what they do, even before they start searching for you. We set up and manage Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn campaigns for small businesses and SMEs in South Africa and the UK, and report in rands or pounds: what you spent, how many enquiries it brought in, and what each one cost.

Who it's for
The right platform for your customers.
Facebook and Instagram
For businesses that sell to the public: salons, restaurants, gyms, shops and local services, where a good photo or short video makes people want to visit. Ideal for more bookings, walk-ins and online orders from your area.
For B2B businesses and professional firms that sell to other companies. LinkedIn ads let you reach people by job title, industry and company size, so your message lands with the people who make buying decisions.

Common questions.
Which platform is right for my business?
It depends on who buys from you. If you sell to the public, Facebook and Instagram usually give the best return. If you sell to other businesses, LinkedIn lets you reach the decision-makers directly. Many businesses use a mix, alongside Google Ads, which reaches people who are already searching. We'll recommend where to start in your free consultation.
Are LinkedIn ads worth the higher cost?
LinkedIn usually costs more per click than Facebook or Instagram, but each click can be worth far more. If one new client is worth tens of thousands of rands to your business, reaching the right managing director or procurement manager is often money well spent. We track cost per enquiry, so you can see whether it is paying off.
How much should I spend on social media ads?
It depends on the platform, your area, your competition and what a new customer is worth to you. You can start with a modest budget, learn what works, and then put more money behind the ads that bring in enquiries. We'll recommend a starting budget in your free consultation.
Who owns the ad accounts?
You do. Your ads run from your own Meta and LinkedIn accounts, and Solas Creative is given access to manage them. If we stop working together, the accounts, your pages and your results stay with you.
Is boosting a post the same as running ads?
Not quite. Boosting a post is a quick way to show one post to more people, but it offers limited control over who sees it and what they do next. A proper campaign lets us choose the audience, test different ads and track enquiries, so your budget goes further.
